My Inner Child

So as a final project in my figure drawing class, we had a choice of drawing a portrait of someone we knew, a self portrait, or a technical study. I chose a self portrait. Funny thing happened.

I have heard that the camera adds ten pounds. Evidently pencil subtracts 22 years. I turn this guy in and show the class, and all I hear right off the bat from 15 people and a teacher is "Awwwwww". It was unanimous. Somehow I drew my inner child.
